Our remote support software is called Teamviewer and is free to download from our site, however you may incur support charges based on the duration of your support call.
 

Support charges are billed in 15 minute increments at the rate of $45 / 15 mins

Please note the software will ONLY allow us to log on when you explicitly allow it each time. We CANNOT make unattended unauthorised log-ins with this software.
