Make the switch to cloud backup
Your precious data travels through a safe (encrypted) connection via the internet directly to our secure data centre servers in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

Our commitment to data security and reliability is at the core of our cloud backup services, providing you with peace of mind and the confidence that your data is in the best of hands.

Your data is replicated in our data centres
Every backup is encrypted with a password of your choosing. As soon as your data leaves your site, no one can see, sniff, or hack it, not even our technicians.
Not only is your data encrypted with 256-bit Blowfish algorithms, but it is also sent to our secondary and tertiary servers through an encrypted SSL tunnel.

You gain peace of mind
Once set up, that’s it! At the scheduled time, DataVault Backup will start protecting your precious data. In the morning you will have an email sitting in your inbox, reporting on the night’s events – complete peace of mind!
DataVault Backup can store as many previous versions of your files as you like, or alternatively, it can store up to the last 10 years of every file you have.
Why use DataVault Cloud Backup?
DataVault has numerous advantages over traditional backup methods...
1. Automation

Online backups are the simplest way to protect your data. Once it’s set, you can forget it. Backups can be scheduled to run automatically at any time. No tapes to change, no burning to CD or DVD, no remembering to take the backup drives/disks home.
3. Online Nature

Not only do you have the convenience of automatic backups through your internet connection; you can also access your files through a web browser 24/7. If you need to restore your data, a few clicks of the mouse are all that’s required.
5. Cost Effectiveness

Online backups offer value for money. For a fraction of the cost, you can have a data backup strategy rivalling those of the large companies.
2. Security

Your data is secured with military grade encryption before it even leaves your computer and only you have the key, meaning you control who has access.

4. Offsite Location

For the best protection, your backups must be offsite. Off-site backups provide protection from fire, theft, sabotage and hardware failure, and remove the risk of backup media being lost or damaged when off-site.

6. Reliability

In our experience, backup systems have proven to be the single most problematic area of data management. By removing dependence on backup drives, media and the human element, we have delivered reliability and peace of mind to the area of managing critical data.
